1. The service
Nora Health Ltd (Registered in England and Wales) provides Nora Health, an AI-assisted clinical documentation platform designed for use by registered and accredited healthcare practitioners in the United Kingdom. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
Nora Health is intended for use by registered clinical practitioners. You agree to:
- Use the platform only in your professional clinical capacity
- Comply with all applicable professional body requirements and data protection law
- Obtain appropriate client consent for the use of AI-assisted documentation tools
- Review and take clinical responsibility for all notes generated by Nora
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the platform
3. Clinical responsibility
Nora Health is a documentation assistance tool. All clinical notes generated by Nora are drafts for review. The practitioner retains full clinical and legal responsibility for the accuracy and appropriateness of all documentation. Nora Health does not provide clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nora Health Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
